Before & After - Stay Focused!

This is Myrthie Hazel giving you a shout out today I trust all is well, I have had a few people that have asked what am I doing to loose the weight.  Well I refuse to diet or even say what I am doing is considered a diet.  I call it a life  style change. Which started with my mindset,  I'm up early every morning any way, I just decided to wake up one morning and drink no more soda, eat no fried foods and stop eating at a certain time the 1st month was 9 pm and the 2nd month 8 pm.  I also eat 5 -6 meals a day. Oh by the way I take one day a week off to relax, I also eat whatever I want to eat just with moderation. My biggest thing to leave with you is to stay focused and determined, put a picture of you or of what you want your end result to be and look at it daily. This will be your reminder to stay focused.

Well enough of that I also wanted to remind you that I am a Real Estate Agent in  the Victor Valley looking for inventory, maybe you have thought of selling your house, or even buying a home for you and your family.  I'm sure you want someone who is focused and determined to list your property or find you a home.
Give me a call today for a free market analysis of your home's value today.  If you are interested in purchasing call for a list of available properties in the area you want to live.
Also stop by my face-book page and like it so we can keep in touch.
