Where to find Buyers & Sellers

10 Tips to find Buyers & Sellers, they can be found.

Places they can be found.

1.In your neighborhood, walk around introduce yourself and pass out flyers

2. In church, place your information on the bulletin board.

3. List your information in the free classified ads at   www.freeclassified.com there are so many of them.

4. Ask your family & friends for at least 3 referrals with phones #s, call them immediately. 

5. Write down everyone you know in business, or that own a home, give them a call and ask for the business

6. Post to Craigslist

7. Find a web site that offer post for sale by owner and make the call to the owners always ask for an appointment.

8. Take your flyers & Business cards stating what you do & offer around to different businesses ask if you can leave them, don't forget to stop back and replenish flyers.

9. Call all your past clients and ask for referral.

10. Start back at # 1 and continue until your pipeline is full.
